新城疫V4+C30复合疫苗的制备和免疫研究

【摘要】 将新城疫病毒V4株与克隆3 0株组成复合疫苗 ,两疫苗株在等浓度 （ 1∶5 0 0稀释 ）条件下不存在明显的相互干扰现象 ,高浓度 （ 1∶10稀释 ）V4株可以抑制低浓度 （ 1∶5 0 0稀释 ）C30 株致死鸡胚的能力 ,免疫研究表明 ,复合疫苗兼顾了两种疫苗株的优点。

【Abstract】 The inference and immunity of the compound_vaccine of Newcastle disease virus (NDV) strains V 4 and C 30 were studied.The results indicated that the inference was not observed in equivalent concentration (1∶500 dilution),but the pathogenicity of NDV C 30 strain for egg embryo was inhibited when there were higher concentration (1∶10 dilution) NDV V 4 strain and lower concentration (1∶500 dilution) NDV C 30 strain.The compound_vaccine of NDV V 4 strain and C 30 strain has possessed merits of two vaccine strains simultaneously.
