【摘要】 1990～ 1992年从野外山羊流产的胎儿中分离到 2株病毒。 1994年又从野外自然流产的山羊胎盘中分离到 1株病毒。用琼脂扩散试验做交叉反应 ,证明 3株分离病毒属于同一种病毒 ;用FUDR抑制试验鉴定其核酸型为RNA。在电镜下为圆形颗粒 ,直径约 60～ 70nm。其能在BHK2 1、Vero细胞上和鸡胚中增殖 ,产生明显的CPE。将其回归孕山羊 ,引起 5 1.2 % ( 2 1/41)流产。研制的福氏完全佐剂灭活苗初试与对照比较 ,可使流产降低 4 6%。血清学反应证实其与BTV、IBARKIV、EHDV、AK BV无相关性更多还原

【Abstract】 Two strains of the Virus Were isolated from abortive embryos of the goats on the wild prairie from 1990 to 1992.Another Strain of the virus was isolated from abortive placenta of the goat on the wild prairie from 1994.They were proved the same strain by the agar_diffusion method and cross_reaction.The type of the nucleic acid was identifed for RNA by the repressive test with the medicine of FUDR.When the appearance and size of the particle were observed With the electronic microscopy,the result showed that its size Was 60nm to 70nm,appear_ance for sphere.The Virus could reproduce in cell of BHK 21 ,Vero and chicken embryo,and make these cells ill.If we took the Virus to return the pregnant goats,the rates of abortion of the goats were up to 51.2 percent .The Preparation of the inactive Vaccine With Freund′s adjuvant could make the rates of abortion in the goats lower to 46 percent With the Comparison of the Control.It has nothing to do With BTV,EHDV,Ibarakiv.and AKBV on Serology.更多还原
