【摘要】 目的 :了解近 15年金坛农村心血管病危险因素的变化趋势。　　方法 :分别于 1984年、1992年和 1998年随机抽取 35～ 5 9岁者做心血管病危险因素调查 (实际调查人数男女分别为974/ 1147、491/ 6 16、496 / 6 36人 )。　　结果 :从 1984年到 1998年 ,男女血压分别从 119/ 74mm Hg(1mm Hg=0 .133k Pa)、119/ 73mm Hg增加到 12 6 / 80mm Hg、12 5 / 77mm Hg;血清总胆固醇从 3.15 mmol/ L、3.2 0 mmol/ L 增加到 4.86 mmol/ L、4.76 mmol/ L;男女高血压患病率从 13.9%、12 .7%增加到 2 4.7%、19.2 % ;男性饮酒率从 43.1%增加到 6 3.8% ;1998年糖尿病患病粗率男女分别为8.1%、9.3%。　　结论 :金坛农村主要心血管病危险因素呈上升趋势 ,应加以干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To clarify secular trends for cardiovascular risk factors in Jin Tan County,Jiangsu Province. Methods:Three cross sectional survey of cardiovascular risk factors were carried out in a rural community (the sample size of male/female aged from 35 to 59 were 974/1 147,491/616,and 496/636,respectively,in 1984,1992,and 1998). Results:Between 1984 and 1998,mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure (SBP/DBP) rose significantly,from 119/74 mmHg to 126/80 mmHg in men and from 119/73 mmHg to 125/77 mmHg in women;mean serum cholesterol (TC) levels increased from 3 15,3 20 mmol/L to 4 86,4 76 mmol/L in men and women;prevalence of hypertension for male and females increased significantly from 13 9%,12 7% to 24 7%,19 2%;In 1998,prevalence of diabetes mellitus for men and women were 8 1%,9 3%,respectively. Conclusion:Major cardiovascular risk factors significantly increased in rural area of Jin Tan in recent 15 years;Intervention strategy must be reinforced.更多还原
