消毒液对金属腐蚀性测试方法中影响因素的研究
STUDY ON INFLUENCING FACTORS IN METHOD OF EXAMINING THE CORROSIVE EFFECT OF DISINFECTANT SOLUTION ON METALS
【摘要】 以《消毒技术规范,第3版》(卫生部,1999)所列方法为基础,用含20g/L戊二醛的OK器械消毒液和含 2.5 g/ L有效氯的金星消毒液对不同金属片进行单因素试验研究,观察各种因素对金属腐蚀性试验结果的影响。结果表明,金属的种类与型号、烘干温度、浸泡容器的材质对试验结果均有不同程度的影响,而浸泡中换液与否对金属碳钢的腐蚀性虽R值相差2个级别,但无统计学差异。
【Abstract】 Based on the method described in " Disinfection Technical Guidelines, 3rd ed" (Ministry of Public Health of the People’s Republic of China, 1999), single factor experimental study on corrosive effects of OK Apparatus Disinfection Solution containing glutaraldehyde 20 g / L and Jinxillg Disinfection Solution containing available chlorine 2.5 g/ L on various metal coupons was carried out to observe the influence of various factors on the results of test for corrosiveness to metals. The results showed that the variety and type of the metal, drying temperature and the material making the immersion container had influence on test results to various degrees, while changing the disinfactant solution or not during immersion had no statistically significant difference in corrosiveness to carbon steel although the corrosion rates (Rvalue) presented 2--grade difference.
