离子交换法制取精制钨酸钠工艺研究

【摘要】 采用717型强碱性阴离子交换树指 ,从钨酸钠溶液中吸附钨 ,并净化除去硅、磷、砷杂质 ,利用NaOH和化合物A的协同解吸作用 ,大幅度提高了负载WO42 -树脂的解吸率。在控制解吸液结晶程度的条件下 ,制取出了高纯钨酸钠。

【Abstract】 The paper present a technology of drawing tungsten from sodium tungstate solution by adopting No.707 alkali anion-exchange resin. Some impurities of Si、 P and As are removed by purification. Desorption ratio of load WO42- resin is increased greatly by the co-desorption of NaOH and compound A. High-purity sodium tungstate is prepared by controlling the crystal size of desorption solution.
