双峰驼精液成分和品质的评价

【摘要】 应用紫外分光光度计扫描 2峰精液品质和成分不同公驼精清的结果表明 ,正常精清出现 19个蛋白和多肽组分 ,而品质不良的公驼精清仅为 13个吸收峰 ;两者在碱性蛋白、酸性蛋白组分以及诱导排卵因子 (OIF)的浓度和成分上 ,均存在明显的差别。

【Abstract】 The normal seminal plasma from the male labed No.7 and abnormal seminal plasma fram the male labed No.8 in Bactrian camel were scaned by the Vv 260 spectrophotometer. The results indicated that there are 19 polypeptide protein fractions in the namal seminal plasma and 13 fractions in abnormal seminal plasma the male labed No.8. Cancentration and campositions in seminal plasma of two mela camels are distinct difference.
