发育时期对水稻耐低磷胁迫有关性状QTLs检测的影响

【摘要】 选用水稻窄叶青 8号 (籼稻 )、京系 17(粳稻 )以及 F1 花药培养产生的 12 7个 DH株系 ,在磷素不同处理时期检测根表面积和干物重性状的数量性状基因 (QTL)。结果表明 ,对于相对根表面积性状 ,处理 10 d(3叶期 )时检测到一个微效QTL,而在 30 d时未检测出控制位点。在两个发育时期都检测到了控制干物重性状的 QTL,但它们在染色体上的位置和贡献率均不一致。通过对根表面积和干物重性状 QTL的定位 ,进一步证实发育时期与基因型表现存在互作效应 ,而最后反映在QTL定位的差异上。通过相关分析与检测性状控制位点贡献率的大小 ,初步认为在本试验条件下 ,对于根系形态等适应机制的评价应在早期进行 ;对水稻耐低磷胁迫敏感度 (相对干物重为指标 )的评价在磷素处理 30 d时为佳

【Abstract】 One hundred twenty seven rice DH lines derived from F 1 between Zhaiyeqing 8 (indica) and Jingxi 17 (japonica) were used to locate QTLs for root surface area and dry weight under phosphorus deficient condition at 10, 20 and 30 days after treatment. The results showed that, as for relative root surface area, one QTL was detected on 10 days after treatment (the third leaf stage), but not on 30 days. QTLs associated with root dry weight were detected on 20 and 30 days after treatment respectively. However, they showed differences in marker intervals, chromosome location and variation explanation, indicating that interaction existed between plant development and QTL mapping. It is suggested that root morphological traits should be investigated on 10 days after treatment for evaluating the adaptive mechanism to low P stress. While for evaluating the sensitivity to low P (relative dry weight as index), the suitable seedling should be 30 days after treatment.
