【Abstract】 The railway financial and accounting management information system is a largely distributed complex system based on the wide－ area－ network. The realization of sharing and comprehensive utilization of whole railway enterprises’ financial information is the guarantee of the deep－ going of railway system reform. The paper discusses its overall design plan,the design of logical structure, and the function of Sub－ systems.
