【摘要】 研究了新型砜桥型合成鞣剂 TS2 0的研制方法 ,特别考察了双砜 S产率及二次磺化对产品性能的影响。采用苯酚为原料 ,经改进磺化工艺制备出双砜 S含量为 80 %以上的中间体 ,经二次磺化后 ,再与甲醛、脲素缩合 ,得到最终产品。将此合成鞣剂应用于皮革复鞣 ,结果表明 ,TS2 0具有明显的填充性和良好的匀染作用 ,复鞣的铬革显得丰满、柔软、粒面细致更多还原

【Abstract】 A new sulfone bridge syntan, named TS20 was prepared. The influences of the production rate of dihydroxyl diphenyl sulfone(DDS) and its re sulphonating on resultant product were particularly discussed. Base on the researches, an improved phenol sulphonating technology was established by which intermediate product with DDS content higher than 80% was obtained. After re sulphonating and condensation with formaldehyde and urea, the syntan was obtained. Retanning application showed that the product characterizes remarkable fillness and level dyeing property. As a result, leather processed with the syntan have satisfactory fullness, softness and fine grain.更多还原
