【摘要】 目的 :探讨早期大肠癌内镜治疗的疗效。方法 :对 1984～ 1999年 71例经病理证实为早期大肠癌者采用内镜下高频电切治疗或外科手术治疗的随访结果进行分析。结果 :内镜治疗 43例 ,癌灶的完全切除率达90 .7%。手术治疗组 (包括内镜治疗后追加手术者 ) 4 6例 ,比较 2 5例单纯内镜治疗及 2 4例手术治疗的粘膜层早期大肠癌的临床资料 ,疗效及预后相仿 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :早期大肠癌位于粘膜层者的内镜治疗较手术治疗具有安全、简便、损伤小、费用低的优势。位于粘膜下层癌需要严格掌握内镜治疗的手术适应证更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the endoscopic treatment for early colorectal cancer.Methods:Retrospective analysis of pathological documents of 71 cases with early colorectal cancer treated with endoscopic management or surgery in past 15 years was carried out.Results:43 cases received endoscopic management with extirpation in 90.7%,46 cases received surgery. No statistical difference(P>0.05)was found between the group of single endoscopic treatment(25 cases) and the group of surgery.Conclusion:Endoscopic treatment of early colorectal cancer gives rise to similar efficacy and prognosis as traditional surgery in association with simplicity and safety.Application of endoscopic treatment to submucosa cancer should be controled strictly.更多还原
