【摘要】 认为在国家扩大内需、有利的煤炭出口环境、企业的自主经营意识加强等因素作用下 ,我国煤炭经济运行出现重要转机 ,微观层面活力开始显现 ,表现在供需基本平衡、经济结构调整取得成效、国企管理体制和经营方式改革步伐加快等方面。同时认为中国煤炭经济运行还没有走出低谷 ,表现在关井压产、总量控制、压缩库存、脱贫解困、安全生产等方面 ,并较为详细地分析了产生这种现象的原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper takes it for granted that under the influential factors such as the state strives to stimulate domestic demand, coal export is facing optimal environment and enterprises’ independent business ideas are strengthening, coal economy of this country is turning for the better. Vitality in the micro structure of coal economy becomes appearant. This is reflected by the basically balanced supply and demand, better results obtained from the economic restructuring, quickened pace of reform of state-owned enterprise management system and business operation, etc. This paper also holds at the same time that the coal economy of this country has not yet climbed out of its lowest point. This is reflected by the problems in the implementation of the policy of mine closure and overall coal output reduction, reducing coal stocks, helping the difficulty stricken coal mines and coal workers out of dilemma and poverty and coal mine safety, etc. The paper also presents a detailed analysis of the reasons behind these phenomena.更多还原
