【摘要】 随着市场经济和贸易一体化的发展 ,完善的政府采购制度必将成为一国经济制度不可缺少的部分。政府采购资金来源于纳税人的税收 ,具有不同于商业采购的性质和目标。我国政府采购制度起步较晚 ,由于受诸多因素的影响 ,我国政府采购工作在进展中还存在着许多阻力。本文分析了目前我国政府采购工作中存在的问题 ,并针对这些问题提出了相应的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of market economy and global trading integration, Perfect government purchase system will surely become an indispensable part in a country’s economic system. Government purchase capital comes from fax revenue, which has different gravity and target from commercial purchase. Our system of government purchase starts late and is facing many resistances in its progress, resisting from various effects.
