【摘要】 在考虑企业生产集成系统的设计与开发中结合系统工程与计算机集成制造哲理以及企业自身生产的特点的基础上 ,提出了在企业现代生产集成系统中引入供应链的概念 ,建立了基于供应链的企业现代生产集成系统的体系结构模型 .认为企业现代生产集成系统的体系结构设计主要建立在由决策链、支撑链和主链为核心组成的一个动态供应链上 ;企业的市场是由企业占有的市场、企业的目标市场和全球一体化市场三层组成 ,而上述供应链与企业的三层市场具有密切的关系 .以此为基础 ,对现代生产集成系统的三流 (物流、信息流、资金流 )进行有效集成 .更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of combining computer integration manufcture (CIM) and system engineering theories with the enterprise’s productive character, the concept of supply chain was put into the integrate system of enterprise modern production. A system structure model of the integrate system of enterprise modern production based on supply chain was proposed. It is concluded that the system structure design of enterprise modern production integrate system is mainly built on a dynamic supply chain composed of decision chain, support chain, and main chain. The market of the enterprise consists of owned market and object market of enterprise, and global integration market. There is a close relationship between these markets and the above mentioned supply chain. Based on this relationship, three flows (matter flow, information flow and capital flow) of modern production integrate system can be integrated successfully.更多还原
