鹅副粘病毒不同分离株的血凝特性及LD50比较

【摘要】 用分离鉴定的 11株鹅副粘病毒分别在 SPF鸡胚传代至 2～ 11代后，用鸡、鸭、鹅、鸽、鹌鹑五种禽类的红细胞作血凝试验，证明 11株病毒均不同程度地凝集五种禽类的红血球。同时， 10株病毒 LD50在 10－ 8～ 10－ 10之间。

【Abstract】 ： Ten strains of geese’s Paramyxoviruses were isolated from the diseased geese using the non－ immune chicken embryos.Through continuous subcultivation the virus fluids from chicken embryos were collected and used to do the blood coagulation test using the erythrocyte from chickens,ducks,geese,pigeons and quail.The result showed that each isolate was able to haemaglutinate with the five types above. The LD50 of 10 strains were between 10－ 8～ 10－ 10.
