【摘要】 选择 48只 178日龄健康的罗曼商品蛋鸡，随机分成 4个组，分别饲喂含有效磷为 0.08％， 0.12％， 0.15％和 0.25％的日粮。试验期 60 d。结果表明，试验至第 15， 30和 45 d，低磷日粮显著降低全血、血浆、蛋黄钙含量。第 30 d，低磷日粮显著降低羽毛、肝脏、脾脏、心脏、肺脏、肾脏和肌肉钙含量。第 60 d，低磷日粮显著降低血浆、肺脏、肌肉钙含量。日粮磷水平与血浆、全血、羽毛、蛋黄、肌肉钙含量呈极显著正相关，与肝脏、肺脏钙含量呈显著正相关。表明低磷日粮对钙的代谢产生不利影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Forty eight 178－ days－ old commercial laying hens were divided into four group randomly and fed with diets containing 0.08％ ,0.12％ ,0.15％ ,0.25％ available Prespectively.During the period of experiment,the low dietary P decreased blood,plasma and eggyolk calcium content at feather、 liver、 spleen、 heart、 lion、 lung and muscle calcium content at 30 day， 15、 30、 45 d plasma,lung and muscle cacium content at 60 day.The dietary phosphorus level had a significont positive correlation with feather,blood,plasma,yolk,liver,lung and muscle calcium content.These results suggest that the low dietary P had negtive effect on calcium metabolism.更多还原
