【摘要】 为探讨甲型肝炎 (甲肝 )减毒活疫苗 (H2 减毒株 ) 0、12个月免疫程序的效果 ,并观察甲肝疫苗免疫儿童 12个月加强免疫前后抗 HAV阳转率和几何平均浓度 (GMC) ,在正定县选无肝病史、未注射过甲肝疫苗和免疫球蛋白、血清抗 HAV阴性的 1～ 7岁易感儿童 ,接种甲肝减毒活疫苗 ,免疫后 12个月和加强免疫后 1个月采血 ,用微颗粒酶免疫测定法检测。结果显示 :免疫后 12个月阳转率为 90 0 % ,GMC为 141 2mIU/ml,加强免疫后 1个月阳转率为 10 0 % ,GMC上升到 2 747 1mIU/ml～ 392 6 3mIU/ml,比加强免疫前平均升高 2 3倍。表明H2 株甲肝减毒活疫苗具有较好的免疫记忆反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to observe the immune effect of a 1,12 month vaccinating schedule of the live attenuated hepatitis A vaccine (H 2 strain) and the anti-HAV seroconversion rate,geometric mean concentration (GMC) before and after boosted vaccination,we selected from Zhengding county of Hebei Province the susceptible children of 1～7 years old who had no liver disease history,had not been inoculated with hepatitis A vaccine and also were negative for serum anti-HAVBlood specimens were collected after they were given live attenuated hepatitis A vaccine according to a 0,12 months schedule and after one month of boosted vaccinationIMX method (Abbott reagent) was adopted to detect the antibody responseThe results showed that the anti-HAV positive seroconversion rate 12 months after vaccination was 900%,the GMC was 1412mIU/ml and that were 100%,and 27471%mIU/ml～39263mIU/ml respectively after 1 month of boosted vaccination,showing a 23～folds increasingThis study indicates the H 2 strain of hepatitis A vaccine has a better immune memory response更多还原
