【摘要】 目的　了解农村地区人群对HIV/艾滋病预防知识的认识水平。方法　以整群抽样的方法 ,对山东省新泰市部分农村人群进行问卷调查 ,内容包括 :一般人口学特征 ,HIV传播途径及预防意识等基本预防知识。用EpiInfo软件进行统计分析。结果　 1 0 1 8例调查对象中 ,65 0 %听说过艾滋病 ,对HIV经血、性和母婴 3种传播途径的知晓率分别为 3 2 2 %、 3 8 4 %和 4 2 4 % ,对蚊虫叮咬和日常接触两种非传播途径的知晓率分别为8 8%、 1 2 8% ,认为自身应该预防艾滋病者占 3 3 6%。结论　农村人群对艾滋病基本知识的认识程度低 ,应加强健康教育 ,提高人们防御艾滋病的能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the knowledge on AIDS among the rural populations in Shandong Province Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1018 residents in rural areas of Xintai City, Shandong Province selected by cluster sampling Results 650% of the respondents had heard of AIDS The correct answer rates of the three transmission routes (blood,sexual, and mother-to-infant routes)were 322%,384%,and 424% respectively The correct answer rates of the two non-transmission routes(mosquito bite and daily contact)wer 88% and 128% respectively 336% of the respondents thought they should take the responsibility of prevention AIDS upon themselves Conclusion The knowledge on AIDS prevention among rural populations is still meager It is necessary to strengthen AIDS education in rural areas更多还原
