【摘要】 目的　对临沂市阶段性消除碘缺乏病进行了研究。方法　统计分析历年流调与防治资料 ,探索阶段性消除碘缺乏病的有效措施。结果　防治前临沂市人群甲肿平均患病率10 94% ,7～ 14岁儿童甲状腺肿大率 5 4 98% ,居民尿碘值在2 3 9～ 32 2 μg/ gCr之间 ,水源碘含量 0～ 6 96 μg/L ,乡镇人群患病率与饮水碘含量呈负相关r =- 0 712 8,P <0 0 5 ;1980年全民食用碘盐防治后至 1999年碘盐合格率由 72 72 %上升至 90 85 % ,8～ 10岁儿童甲肿率由 37 70 %降至 6 12 % ,尿碘均值由 35 2 3μg/ gCr上升至 2 49 35 μg/L ;1994～ 1996年重点人群累计补服碘油丸 42 12 374人次 ,平均补服率 84 1% ;1996～ 1999年采集新生儿脐带血 42 6份 ,TSH均值为3 86mU/L ,标准差为 2 2 6 ,大于 5mU/L的份数为 4 2 3 % ;各类人群IDD防治常识知晓率由 1985年的 70 14%至 1998年升至 91 49%。结论　落实综合性防治措施 ,建立可持续进行的碘缺乏病防治工作机制 ,在一个较大的地区长期保持消除碘缺乏病状态是可以操作的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study stage eliminating IDD in Yimeng Mountainous Area.Methods Analysing all epidemic investigating and prevention datum,hunting the effective measure to stage eliminating IDD.Results The average rate of goitre is 10.94% before prevention and cure in Linyi city.The average rate of goitre is 54.98% in infants aged 7-14,the chroma of urine iodin is among 23.9-32.2μg/gCr in denizen,fountain content iodin is 0-6.96μg/L,the siken rate and fountain content iodin is bear correlation r=0.712 8,P<0.05 ;The rate of eligibility iodized salt raise from 72.72% to 90.85%,children IDD falls from 37.70% to 6.12% and the chroma of urine iodin raise from 35.23μg/gCr to 249.35μg/L since the whole civilian used iodized salt from 1980 to 1999,emphases confluence total take idized oil 4 212 374 person times from 1994 to 1996,average rate is 4.1%;426 shares umbilical cord blood average TSH is 3.86%,standard deviation is 2.26,overrun 5mU/L occupies 4.23%;the rate of public knowing prenvention and cure common sense raise from 70.14% in 1985 to 91.49% in 1998.Conclusion Carrying out colligate prevention and cure step,based continuance mechanism of prevention and cure IDD is manipulable to keep eliminating IDD for long time in a biggish area.更多还原
