【摘要】 目的　了解农村非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病的危险因素 ,为社区干预对策的制定提供依据。方法　对 10 9例农村非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病 (NIDDM )患者进行 1∶2配比病例对照研究。结果　条件Logistic回归分析显示 :糖尿病家族史、体重超重、高血压史、喜荤食是NIDDM的危险因素 ,OR值分别为14 96、2 16、2 47、2 43。各因素的人群病因分值分别为2 4 74%、2 8 0 5 %、13 12 %、17 78%。结论　应加强对该人群NIDDM的干预工作 ,减少其危险因素或降低危险因素的程度 ,从而降低其发病率更多还原

【Abstract】 A 1∶2 individually matched case control study of 109 cases was conducted,conditional Logistic regression analysis demonstrated that the diabetic family history,overweight,history of hypertension,favor of meat diet were significantly associated with NIDDM.OR values were 14 96,2 16,2 47,2 43; their etiological fractions of population were 24 74%,28 05%,13 12%,17 78%.Intervention should be enforced in this population in order to reduce the risk factors or their level,so that reduce the incidence of the disease.更多还原
