【摘要】 配电网络重构是根据配电系统为环形设计、开环运行的特点，通过优化开环位置来提高配电系统的性能。本文提出一种通过网络优化重构来提高配电系统可靠性的概念，建立了以可靠性指标最优为目标函数的数学模型。根据配电网络的特点，首次将Tabu 搜索方法应用于网络重构的寻优。基于所开发的数学模型及优化算法，对IEEE-RTBS例系统进行计算。结果表明，Tabu 搜索方法非常适合于求解配网重构问题，配网重构也能有效提高系统可靠性。更多还原
