【摘要】 分别应用传统寿命评估方法和基于可靠性的寿命方法对华能辛店发电厂主蒸汽管进行了寿命评定 ,基于可靠性的寿命评估方法认为主蒸汽管道的失效是一随机事件 ,并以可靠度 (失效概率 )为主要判据与现在火电厂实行的可靠性管理有机地结合在一起 ,所以该方法比传统方法更准确、更客观

【Abstract】 In this paper,both the conventional method of life assessment and that based on reliability technology are employed to evaluate the main steam pipe in Huaneng Xindian power plant.The life assessment method based on reliability indicates invalidation of the main steam pipe is a stochastic process,in which reliability degree (invalidation probability) is taken as primary criterion,combined with the reliability management of power plants.So this new approach undoubtedly shows much more accuracy and objectivity than the conventional method.
