【摘要】 目的 :探讨超声显像对主动脉窦瘤破裂的瘤体形状与破口大小和数量的关系 ,以及合并室间隔缺损声像图特点。方法 :2 8例主动脉窦瘤破裂患者 ,其中 12例合并室间隔缺损 ,将其声像图表现与手术结果进行对比分析。结果 :2 8例主动脉窦瘤破裂患者 ,彩超显示的瘤体形状、破口大小及数量与手术结果基本相符。主动脉窦瘤破裂合并室间隔缺损患者 ,二维超声心动图测量的缺损大小明显低于手术所见 ,二维超声结合频谱多普勒能准确鉴别有无合并室缺。结论 :超声显像能根据窦瘤形状判断破口大小和数量 ,通过血流频谱特点 ,能确定是否合并室间隔缺损更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the echocardiographic characteristics of ruptured aortic sinus aneurysm(RASA)with ventricular septal defect(VSD).Methods:Twenty eight patients with RASA were included in the sutdy.Among them,12 cases were accompanied with VSD.The echocardiographic characteristics were compared with the operative results.Results:The aneurysmic shape?ruptured diameter and quantity of the RASA were correspondant to the surgical results.The diameters of VSD measured by echocardiography were smaller than those measured in operation.Doppler echocardiography could accurately detect the RASA and the associated VSD.Conclusions:According to the aneurysm shape,we can determine the ruptured diameter and quantity and differentiate the associated VSD.更多还原
