【摘要】 目的 :探索一种治疗卵巢囊肿的新方法。方法 :对 43例经临床观察确诊的卵巢囊肿 ,在超声引导和监视下穿刺注入无水乙醇法进行硬化治疗。结果 :43例全部有效 ,32例一次治疗消失 ,2例二次治疗消失 ,6例三次治疗消失 ,3例四次治疗后明显缩小 ,发生并发症 3例。观察最长 36个月 ,最短 6个月 ,平均 2 1个月 ,未见复发。结论 :超声引导穿刺硬化治疗卵巢囊肿是一种简便易行 ,创伤轻微 ,安全实用 ,疗效可靠的新方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe a way for treating the ovarian cyst.Methods:Sclerotherapy was applied to 43 patients with ovarian cysts by percutaneous puncture for injecting anhydrous alcohol under ultrasound guidance.Results:Fourty three cases with 43 cysts were effective.Cysts disappeared in 32 cases after one time treatment,in 2 cases after 2 times treatment,and in 6 cases after 3 times treatment,cysts became obviously smaller after 4 times in three cases.Complications occurred in 3 cases.The followup time was from 6 to 36 months,21 months in average.No recurrence was found.Conclusions:The study indicates that this method is simple,safe and effective.更多还原
