【摘要】 目的 :评价高剂量表柔比星 (表阿霉素 )联合其他化疗药物治疗晚期胸部肿瘤的疗效及毒副反应。方法 :48例可评价晚期胸部肿瘤中非小细胞肺癌 32例 ;乳腺癌 11例 ;纵隔恶性淋巴瘤 5例。分别应用EMP[表柔比星(EPI) 10 0mg/m2 联合丝裂霉素 (MMC) 6mg/m2 及顺铂 (DDP) 6 0mg/m2 ]治疗非小细肺癌 ;应用CEF [环磷酰胺 (CTX)6 0 0mg/m2 联合表柔比星 10 0mg/m2 及氟尿嘧啶 (5 FU) 80 0mg/m2 ]治疗乳腺癌。应用CEOP [环磷酰胺 6 0 0mg/m2 联合表柔比星 10 0mg/m2 、长春新碱 (VCR) 1mg/m2 及强的松 6 0mg/m2 ]治疗纵隔恶性淋巴瘤。 3— 4周重复。结果 :非小细肺癌总有效率 5 6 .3% ;乳腺癌总有效率 72 .7% ;纵隔恶性淋巴瘤总有效率 10 0 %。白细胞减少为主要毒副反应 ,发生率为 93 .8%。未见明显心脏毒性。结论 :高剂量表柔比星治疗晚期胸部恶性肿瘤安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To estimate the curative effects and side effects obtained from high-dose epirubicin (EPI) combination therapy in the treatment of advanced chest malignant tumors. Methods:Forty-eight cases with advanced chest malignant tumor(32 cases with non-small-cell lung cancer; eleven cases with breast cancer and five cases with mediastinal malignant lymphomas) were treated with the combination therapy of high-dose EPI. Results:The response rate in non-small-cell lung cancer was 56.3%, in breast cancer was 72.7%, in mediastinal malignant lymphomas was 100%. The most frequent toxicities were neutropenia.Conclusions:The combined chemotherapy of high-does EPI is an effective and safe treatment in advanced chest malignant tumor.更多还原
