【摘要】 目的　探讨偏头痛患者的心理健康水平及其影响因素。方法　采用艾森克个性问卷 ( EPQ)和症状自评量表 ( SCL - 90 )测定 5 0例偏头痛患者的个性特征及心理健康水平 ;同时分析了性别、年龄、个性特征、职业满意度、家庭满意度、文化程度、病程长短对偏头痛患者的心理健康的影响。结果　偏头痛患者的个性特征与正常人无差异 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ;偏头痛患者的心理健康水平普遍比中国人常模差 ( P<0 .0 1) ;家庭满意度差与职业满意度差引起的负性刺激、女性、个性神经质、个性精神质、个性内向倾向以及文化程度低与偏头痛患者的心理健康水平呈相关性 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论　偏头痛患者存在不良的心理健康水平 ;其不良心理健康水平与职业满意度、家庭满意度、性别、文化程度、精神质、神经质、内外向有相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the psychologic health level of migraine patients and its Influence factors. Methods Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) and Symptom Check List -90 (SCL-90) were used for the 50 migraine patients in the survey for their personal characteristic and psychologic health level. We analyzed the influence factors of psychologic health level of migraine patients which were the sex?age?personal characteristic,the degree of satisfaction of vocational or family?education and the course of diseases. Results The psychologic health level of migraine patients was significantly lower than that in Chinese norm (P<0.01); There was no significantly difference between personal characteristic of migraine patients and normal person (P>0.05) ; There were significantly correlation with the psychologic health level of migraine patients and the passive stimulate which come from unsatisfaction of family or vocation? the sex (female)?the neuroticism?the psychoticism?the introversion and low education (P<0.05). Conclusion The psychologic health level of migraine patients is found lower than that in normal subjects; Their negative psychologic health level is significant correlation with unsatisfaction of family or vocation,sex,education,the neuroticism,the psychoticism and the introversion.更多还原
