【摘要】 目的　探讨上颈椎不稳定与交感型颈椎病发病的关系及其诊断的可靠性。方法　回顾分析 16例交感神经型颈椎病患者的临床随访资料 ,与随机抽取的 2 0例年龄分布相当的健康成人做对照研究。结果　观察组颈椎不稳 43.8% (7/ 16 ) ,颈椎间盘退变 4例 ,非手术治疗 6例 ,优良率 6 6 % ,前路间盘切除植骨融合固定 6例 ,优良率84%。对照组颈椎不稳 2 0 % (4/ 2 0 ) ,颈椎间盘退变 5例。结论　上颈椎不稳是交感神经型颈椎病发病的重要原因 ;九分法诊断方便可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the relationship between the lability of the cervical vertebra and the occurring of the sympathetic and the reliability of the diagnosis. Methods Review and analyze the clinical data that followed up of 16 cases sympathetic cervical problem,and draw 20 healthy adults that had the same arrange of the age randomly to make the controlled study. Results The rate of the lability of the cervical vertebra of the observing team is 43.8%(7/16),4 cases had the retrogression of cervical disc,6 cases had the treatment without operation,and the fine rate was 66%. 6 cases had the anterior disc excision and bone implant,and the fine rate was 84%. the lability rate of the cervical vertebra of the controlling team was 20%(4/20). 5 cases had the disc retrogression. Conclusion The lability of the upper cervical is the important occurring reason for the sympathetic cervical problem. The diagnosis with 9 score methods is convenious and reliable.更多还原
