【摘要】 目的　提高对枕骨大孔区脑膜瘤的认识。方法　回顾性分析我院 1993年 1月～ 1999年 12月收治的 9例枕骨大孔区脑膜瘤。采用枕下正中入路、枕下远外侧入路。结果　肿瘤全切除 8例 ,次全切除 1例。无手术死亡。结论　合理选择手术入路能提高肿瘤全切除率和脑神经保护率 ,枕下远外侧入路是切除枕骨大孔区脑膜瘤的有效手术入路之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the understanding of foramen magnum meningiomas. Methods Nice cases of foramen magnum meningiomas presented in Tongji hospital from 1993 to 1999 were retrospectively studied. Suboccipital approach and suboccipital-far lateral approach were used for tumor resection. Results Total removal of the tumor was achieved in 8 patients; subtotal removal in 1 patient. No one died. Conclusion Foramen magnum meningiomas can be completely and safely removed in most cases by an appropriate surgical approach. The suboccipital-far lateral approach is a very effective one.更多还原
