应用电子自旋共振技术检测染氟大鼠骨肝肾组织中自由基含量

【摘要】 目的 应用电子自旋共振技术 (ESR)测定染氟大鼠骨、肝、肾组织中自由基含量及体内抗氧化系统变化 ,以期探讨氟中毒发病机理。方法  Wistar大鼠饮用 6 0 m g/ L 含氟水 5个月后 ,测定其尿氟、红细胞 SOD、GSH- Px活性及血浆 MDA含量 ,并用 ESR技术测定实验大鼠骨、肝、肾组织中自由基含量。结果 氟中毒大鼠尿氟含量升高 ,血中抗氧化酶类 SOD、GSH- Px活性降低 ,MDA含量增加。结论 体内过量氟蓄积 ,可引起骨、肝、肾等多种组织中自由基含量升高 ,造成体内保护机理—抗氧化酶 (自由基清除酶 )消耗 ,脂质过氧化增加 ,进而导致组织损伤

【Abstract】 Objective To study on the fluorosis mechanism. Methods The anti-oxidative enzymes and the free radical contents of bone, liver and kidney in the fluorosis rats were determined by electron spin resonance(ESR).Results The results showed that the activities of SOD?GSH-Px were markedly decreased and the content of MDA was markedly increased in the fluorosis rats as compared with the control animals. Meanwhile, the free radical contents of bone, liver and kidney in the fluorosis rats were markedly increased as compared with the control animals.Conclusions The results indicated that the excessive fluoride may induce the increase of free radical contents of bone, liver and kidney and the decrease of activity of the free radical-scavenging enzymes(SOD?GSH-Px)in the fluorosis rats.
