【摘要】 目的　探讨穿孔素在柯萨奇病毒 B组 3型 (CVB3m )致 T- 2毒素染毒小鼠心肌损伤中的表达及其意义。方法　实验组 BAL B/ C小鼠 1.0 m g/ kg体重 T- 2毒素隔日灌胃 ,3周后腹腔接种 0 .1ml内含 10 0 0TCID50 的 CVB3m病毒液。对照组生理盐水灌胃、腹腔接种 0 .1m l 16 40营养液。观察心肌病理改变 ,同时用 RT-PCR技术对心肌组织中 CVB3m RNA和穿孔素 m RNA表达进行检测。结果　 CVB3m感染 T- 2毒素染毒小鼠心肌出现慢性损伤 ,可见纤维结缔组织增生和坏死灶瘢痕修复。心肌组织中持续表达 CVB3m RNA和穿孔素 m R-NA。结论　 CVB3m RNA和穿孔素 m RNA的持续表达可能是 CVB3m致 T- 2毒素染毒小鼠心肌慢性损伤的机制之一更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of perforin during myocardial damage of BALB/C mice induced by CVB3m after T-2 toxin infection.Methods Mice were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The mice were forced to swallow T-2 toxin (1.0 mg/kg) or physiological saline every other day, and intraperitoneally injected with 1000 TCID 50 CVB3m or 1640 liquor(0.1 ml) respectively after 3 weeks. The pathologic change, expressions of CVB3m RNA and perforin mRNA in myocardium were detected.Results Mice in experimental group show chronic damage of myocardium, hyperplasia of fibrous connective tissue and scar repair over necrotic myocardium. CVB3m RNA and perforin mRNA were continuously expressed in myocardial tissue.Conclusions The continuous expressions of CVB3m RNA and perforin mRNA may be one of the important mechanisms in chronic damage of myocardium induced by CVB3m on T-2 toxin infected mice.更多还原
