【摘要】 目的　研制尿碘参考物质。方法　对采集的尿进行防腐、过滤、混匀、分装、定值。结果　研制的参考物质均匀性良好 ,- 2 0℃保存的样品在 1年观察内碘含量稳定 ,样品由 2个国家级实验室及 4个省级实验室 ,采用 2种不同原理的方法进行了检测、分析及定值合格。结论　研制的尿碘参考物质可以满足不同实验室的要求 ,其制备方法、简便、经济。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop of the urine iodine reference material.Methods Antiseptic treatine freezing filtrating mixing distributing.Results The physical and chemical stability of the reference material were assessed for one year.The reference material has been well distributed.The certified values were based on analysis made by six independent labs using two diferent principle methods.Conclusions This paper has provided a simple and economical method in making the reference material.更多还原
