【摘要】 目的　探索长期改饮低氟水后硬化型氟骨症变化的规律。方法　以改饮低氟水 16～ 2 5年、改水初期或改水以前有骨 X线像片的硬化型氟骨症患者为研究对象 ,拍摄骨盆、右前臂和右下肢 X线正位像进行比较分析。结果　长期改饮低氟水后 ,全部病例的骨质有明显改善 ,2 1.47%的病例恢复正常。骨小梁形态有 18.75 %～85 .75 %没有改善 ,大部分骨小梁密集变为稀疏。 73.33%病例的骨周软组织骨化和 80 %病例的骨关节退行性变加重。结论　长期改饮低氟水后 ,硬化型氟骨症的骨质可以明显改善 ,部分可以恢复正常。硬化型氟骨症转变为疏松和骨周软组织骨化加重是氟骨症的 2种后遗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the changing regularity of skeletal fluorosis with osteosclerosis drunk low fluoride water for long time.Methods The patients of skeletal fluorosis with osteosclerosis drink low fluoride water for 16~25 years,who had been x rayed their bones before improving water or in early stage of drinking improved waer,were selected as study object.The orthotopic pelvis,right forearm and right lower limb were x rayed.Results The substance of bone in all of the cases with skeletal fluorosis drunk low fluoride water for long time had been obviousty improved.21.74% of the cases had returned to normal.18.75%~85.75% of the bone trabeculae’s morphosis had not improved.The dense bone trabeculae of the most cases had become the rarefaction.73.33% of the soft tissue calcified surround the bone and 80% of the osteoarticular degeneration were aggravated.Conclusions After the patients had drunk the low fluoride water for long time,the small part of bone substrance in skeletal fluorosis may be aggravativing calification of the soft tissue surround the bone and osteoporosis.更多还原
