汽轮发电机组碰磨故障的典型特征研究

【摘要】 从定性和定量两个方面对汽轮发电机组动静碰磨故障的典型特征进行了分析和研究。在诊断汽轮发电机组动静碰磨故障时 ,应提取如下几类故障特征 :信号频谱类特征、信号的时域波形特征、轴心运动轨迹特征、振动的时变特征、振动信号的奇异特征。本文在理论和试验研究的基础上 ,给出了动静碰磨故障的典型特征集合。

【Abstract】 The typical features of contact rubbing fault of a turbo generator unit are studied quantitatively and qualitatively. The study shows that in diagnosing the fault, the following types of fault features should be extracted from original vibration signals: frequency spectrum, orbit of its shaft center, time varying feature , and singular feature. Based on the theoritical and experimental study, a typical feature set of contact rubbing fault of a turbo generator unit is given.
