10kg TNT当量爆炸容器的冲击振动监测
SHOCK INDUCED VIBRATION MONITORING OF THE 10kg TNT EQUIVALENT EXPLOSION VESSEL
【摘要】 采用电压加速度计及精密电荷放大器 ,对 10kgTNT当量爆炸容器系统在五种TNT当量加载下的冲击振动进行了四点比较测试。试验结果表明容器壳体在爆炸加载时的冲击加速度可高达 7.75× 10 4g ,通过容器支座和柱形空心钢管支撑结构衰减后 ,振动加速度下降到 5 7g ,再经过实验工房地基的进一步衰减 ,工房墙体附近地面的垂直振动仅 0 .43g ,这说明实验工房所承受的爆破地震烈度不超过Ⅱ级
【Abstract】 The shock induced vibration of the 10kg TNT equivalent explosion vessel system loaded by five different explosion loadings are monitored at four representative positions with PE accelerometers and precise charge amplifiers.The experimental results show that the shock acceleration of the vessel shell can reach as high as 7.75×10 4g and the vibration acceleration quickly decline to as low as 57g with the attenuation due to the vessel stand and its pillars while the ground vertical vibration measured near the laboratory wall is just 0.43g,which means the blast seismic intensity of the laboratory is not more than grade Ⅱ.
