【摘要】 目的 :研究增血安胶囊在免疫和造血方面的药理学作用。方法 :采用经典实验方法 ,如淋巴细胞转化实验 ,观察增血安胶囊对小鼠造血及免疫系统的作用。结果 :增血安胶囊可显著抑制小鼠DTH反应 ,可明显阻止环磷酰胺导致小鼠HC50 的降低以及促进小鼠单核吞噬细胞清除碳颗粒的能力 ,也可促进小鼠脾细胞产生和分泌IL 2 ,并对ConA和LPS诱导的小鼠淋巴细胞的增殖反应呈促进作用。增血安胶囊对辐射损伤小鼠骨髓造血细胞的恢复有促进作用 ,对脾脏有增重作用 ,同时可增加被辐射小鼠的外周血中白细胞及血小板数 ,还可拮抗因苯中毒而导致的小鼠骨髓有核细胞数减少及脾脏重量的减轻等症。结论 :增血安胶囊具有增强免疫、促进造血功能的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the pharmacological effects of Zengxuean capsule (ZC) on immunology and hematopoiesis. Methods: A few classical methods, such as the proliferation of ConA-and LPS-induced T and B lymphocytes, were used to determine the immunological activities of ZC. Results: In vivo, ZC could obviously inhibit DTH reaction and increase clearance rate of charcoal particles in mice. The anti-SRBC antibody production in Cyclophosphamide-inhibitory mice was effectively restored by Zengxuean capsule. In vitro, ZC could obviously improve the proliferation of ConA-and LPS-induced T and B lymphocytes and greatly promote IL-2 secretion of ConA-stimulated splenocytes. On the other hand, ZC could markedly increase the number of mononuclear cells in bone marrow and weight of spleen, and enhance the number of platelet and WBC in the peripheral blood of irradiated mice. It also significantly raised the number of mononuclear cell in bone marrow and weight of spleen in mice treated by benzene. Conclusion: ZC can effectively improve immunology and restore hematopoiesis.更多还原
