【摘要】 目的 :测定强力救心滴丸中华蟾蜍毒基和酯蟾毒配基的含量。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为KromasilC18柱 (2 5 0mm× 4.6mm ,5 μm) ;流动相 :0 .5 %磷酸二氢钾溶液 -乙腈 (5 0∶5 0 ) ;流速 :1.0mL/min ;检测波长 :2 96nm。 结果 :华蟾蜍毒基和酯蟾毒配基分别在 0 .6 7μg～ 4.7μg及 0 .33μg～ 2 .3μg范围内具有良好线性关系 ,平均回收率分别为 97.78%(RSD =1.2 % )及 99.6 1% (2 .0 % )。结论 :该法可用于强力救心滴丸中华蟾蜍毒基和酯蟾毒配基的含量测定更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To determine the contents of cinobufagin and resibufogenin in Qianglijiuxin Dripping Pills. Methods: The HPLC method was used at Kromasil C 18 column of 250mm×4.6mm, 5μm, 0.5% Dipotassium Hydrogen Phosphate Acetonitrile (50∶50) as the mobile phase, 1.0mL/min as the flow rate at detection wavelength of 296nm. Results: For cinobufagin, the linear range was 0.67μg～4.7μg and the average recovery rate was 97.78% with RSD=1.2%. For resibufogenin, the linear range was 0.33μg～2.3μg and the average recovery was rate 99.61% with RSD=2.0%.Conclusion: The method can be applied to content determination of cinobafagin and Resibufogenin in Qianglijiuxin Dripping pills.更多还原
