【摘要】 我国高等教育的性质和功能决定高校党风廉政建设应该走在全社会的前列 ,同时高等学校功能的拓展和办学自主权的扩大 ,对高校党风廉政建设提出了更高的要求 ,而高校的特有优势使得其在党风廉政建设方面走在全社会前列成为可能。但高校在党风廉政建设方面向高层次迈进还存在一些制约因素 ,只有解除这些制约 ,才能实现高校党风廉政建设的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 The nature and functions of our higher education determine that colleges and universities should take the lead in the construction of the Party conduct and incorrupt administration. With their functions and their decision-making power enlarged, colleges and universities are faced with higher requirements in the construction of the Party conduct and incorrupt administration; and their specific supremacy makes it possible for them to take the lead in this work. However, their advancement to higher level is still restricted by some factors. Only when these restrictions are removed can the aim of the construction of the Party conduct and incorrupt administration be realized.更多还原
