体育专业女生三级跳远教学的特点及方法

【摘要】 根据三级跳远技术的特点 ,针对体育专业女生身体和生理特点 ,在三级跳远技术教学中教学手段的采用、教法的选择及教学中应注意的事项等方面进行了初步研究

【Abstract】 This paper preliminarily explores the technical ways and methods,the points for attention in teaching’Hop step and jump’in accordance with both the technical characteristics of ’Hop step and jump’and the physical and physiological characteristics of girl students in PE department.
