【Abstract】 We have previously reported the preliminary fungicidal activity of 3 anilinemethylene 5,6 dihydro 6 phenyl 2H pyran 2,4 diones and their 3D QSAR study. In this paper, sixteen novel compounds of this series are obtained in satisfactory yields (87%~97%) by using a new “one pot” synthetic method. The Z/E isomer relation of compounds (2) is discussed briefly.
