【摘要】 通过对1979年、2000年两年住院疾病病种构成进行对比分析发现,21年来,收治病种的结构有了较大的改变,很多疾病的发生与社会环境、生活方式及心理等因素关系密切。医院的行医方式应从单一的生物性诊治转向生物—心理—社会综合性防治;重点攻克危重病、急症的救治技术难关;在医疗管理上要强化规范性操作。更多还原

【Abstract】 By comparing with the disease types among the inpatients between the year of 1979 and 2000, the author finds out that: there is a considerable changes over the disease pattern within last 21 years, the morbidity of many diseases is closely related with the social environment, life style and psychological factors. Therefore, the way of the hospital services delivery should be also switched to the more comprehensive disease prevention and treatment emasures which combined with the bio - psycho- social measures rather than adopting the only biological measures; and should also focus more on the medical treatment on the serious and acute diseases; and while addressing the issues of hospital management, the clinical protocol should be emphasized.更多还原
