【摘要】 目的 :观察前列腺素E1 联合促肝细胞生长素治疗中、重度慢性肝炎的疗效及安全性。方法 :将 110例患者随机分为治疗组 6 0例 ,对照组 5 0例 ,治疗组采用前列腺素E1 联合促肝细胞生长素治疗 ,对照组仅用前列腺素E1 治疗 ,两组疗程均为 30d。结果 :治疗组改善肝功能总有效率 93 .3 % ,对照组 80 .0 % ;两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论 :前列腺素E1 联合促肝细胞生长素治疗中、重度慢性肝炎安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of PGE 1 combined with PHGF in the treatment of patients with moderate or severe chronic hepatitis. Methods:110 patients with chronic hepatitis were randomly divided into two groups: 60 in test group and 50 in control group. The patients of test group received the PGE 1 combined with the PHGF for 30 days and the control group only received the most in using PGE 1 for 30 days. Results:At the end of treatment, the total effective rates were 93.3% in the test group and 80% in control group. No severe side effect was observed in both groups. Conclusion:The PGE 1 in conjunction with the PHGF is an effective and safe therapeutic intervention for patients with moderate or severe chronic hepatitis.更多还原
