【摘要】 目的探讨中波紫外线照射仪对婴幼儿佝偻病的治疗作用。方法选择符合诊断标准的佝偻病患儿60例随机分为两组,照射组用中波紫外线照射仪治疗,对照组用VD₃肌肉注射。结果照射组治疗后Ca、25（OH）D₃明显提高,与治疗前比较有显著差异;总有效率90％,与对照组比较无显著差异。结论中波紫外线照射仪对婴幼儿佝偻病有较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the role of UV - B irradiate instrument in the patients with infants’ rickets. Method Sixty cases of rickets were selected and divided randomly into two groups, the irradiate group was given irradiation with UV - B irradiate instrument, the control group was given VD3 intramuscular injection. Results Serum calcium, 25 (OH) D3 of the irradiate group increased obviously after than that of before, there was remarkably difference than before. The effective rate was 90%, there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion UV - B irradiate instrument achieved good results to cure infants’ ricket.更多还原
