【摘要】 目的 探讨十二指肠球部糜烂性病变的X线诊断及鉴别诊断。方法 13例全部经低张双对比消化道钡餐检查,所有病例均经内窥镜及病理证实。结果 直接征象:“靶样征”7例,“脐凹征”2例,“环圈征、息肉样征”4例;间接征象:球部粘膜增粗,呈网织状改变1例,球部激惹、痉挛2例。结论 低张双对比消化道钡餐检查对十二指肠球部糜烂性病变的形态,大小,分布范围有良好的显示,对诊断及鉴别诊断提供全面的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the findings and their diagnostic significance on double - contrast examination at Erosive duodenum bulb( EDB). Methods Thirteen cases of EDB were performed with hypotonic double - contrast Barium meal examination and all cases were confirmed endoscopically and pathologically. Results Direct signs:"target sign"(7 cases), "notch sign"(2 cases),"ring or halo sign"and "polypoid sign"(4 cases). Indirect signs: thickness of bulbar mucosa in wearing manner( 1 cases); bulbar irritation(2 cases) . Conclusion Hypotonic double - contrast barium meal examination could well demonstrate the morpholgy size and extension of the erosive duodenum bulb, and could provide more useful information for this lesion diagnostically and differentially.更多还原
