【摘要】 为探讨胃腺癌组织中端粒酶的活性与胃癌病程进展的关系 ,采用端粒酶原位分子杂交检测法对 45例原发性胃腺癌及 40例癌旁正常胃粘膜组织中端粒酶活性进行原位检测。结果 45例原发性胃腺癌组织中 ,38例端粒酶呈阳性表达 ,其中早期胃癌阳性率为 6 6 .6 % ,中晚期为 93.3% ;40例癌旁正常胃粘膜组织中仅 2例呈阳性表达 ;晚期胃腺癌组织中端粒酶阳性率显著高于早期胃腺癌 (P <0 .0 1) ;胃腺癌组织中端粒酶的表达与分化程度及浸润深度的差异均无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。研究表明 ,虽然胃腺癌组织中端粒酶的表达与肿瘤分化程度及浸润深度无关 ,但中晚期胃腺癌中的表达水平高于早期的事实 ,提示端粒酶的高表达是胃癌发生发展过程中的中晚期事件。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the relationship between the expression of telomerase activity in human gastric cancer and the development of gastic cancer, telomerase activity in 45 samples of primary gastric cancer and 40 samples of "normal" gastric tissues was examined using IN SITUHYBRIDIZATION.Results showed that telomerase activity was positive in 38 of 45 gastric cancer tissues. Telomerase activity was 93.3% in advanced stage gastric cancer, which was significiantly higher than that in early stage (66.6%)(P< 0.05 ).40 samples of normal tissue surounding the cancer,2 sampels were merely positive telomerase activity expression.The expression of telomerase activity in primary gastric cancer increased with the decrease of degree of cancer differentiation and the increasing of deapth of invasion.The results indicated that telomerase activity in advanced stage gastric cancer was higher than that in early stage gastric cancer, which suggest telomerase may majorly occur as a late event of cancer progression.更多还原
