【摘要】 目的 :研究金丝桃体外细胞毒作用和体内抗肿瘤作用。方法 :MTT和SRB体外实验法和皮下注射给药体内抗肿瘤法。结果 :体外细胞毒研究表明 ,提取物F0 0 3、F0 0 4、F0 0 6以及化合物金丝桃内酯丙、槲皮素、槲皮苷对不同的癌细胞具有细胞毒作用 ;体内皮下注射 2 0mg/(kg·d)× 10d剂量的F0 0 3、F0 0 4、F0 0 5对小鼠S180肉瘤的抑制率分别为 2 0 7%、12 4 %、31 4 %。结论 :金丝桃在体外实验显示一定的细胞毒作用 ,体内实验有抗肿瘤作用 ,具有进一步研究开发的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To study the cytotoxic effect in vitro and antitumor effect in vivo of hypericum chinense.METHODS:MTT and SRB assay method in vitro and antitumor test in vivo were used.RESULTS: The extracts F003、F004、F006 and the compounds hyperlacton C,quercetin,quercitrin show cytotoxic effect on different carcinoma cell in vitro; Under the dose of 20 0mg/(kg·d)×10d,the inhibitory rates of F003、F004、F005 on S 180 in mice were 20 7%、12 4%、31 4%. CONCLUSION:Hypericum chinense show cytotoxic effect in vitro and antitumor effect in vivo and should be studied further.更多还原
