【摘要】 马王堆房中书是我国现存的最早的房中书 ,定名为《天下至道谈》、《十问》、《合阴阳》等。这些都是系统探讨男女性生活的专著 ,具有重大的学术意义。这些房中书的养生理论主要有 :节制房事、固精少泻、采阴补阳、七损八益、不先女人等。从文化史上讲 ,房中书具有文化人类学意义 ,它孕含着那个时代的文化特征。阴阳学说乃房中书的理论骨架 ,房中书理论受儒、道学说的共同支配 ,古代性关系与一夫多妻制的婚姻制度相适应 ,因而 ,中国古代的性生活 ,从总体上讲是健康的性生活更多还原

【Abstract】 The books of sex guide from Mawangdui Tomb are the oldest ones found in China, named On Principle of Universe, Ten Questions and Yin and Yang Combination etc. They are very important academic monographs of systemic research into sex act. The main theories of keeping in good health by sex act are: being moderate in sexual intercourse, checking seminal emission, reinforcing vital function from females vital secretion, checking seven kinds of loss and enhancing eight kinds of benefits, and promoting coital pleasure with female, etc. According to cultural history, books of sex guide has cultural anthropology significance, which is fraught with cultural characteristic of that era. Theory of Yin and Yang is the theoretical framework of sex guide, which deeply influenced by Confucianist and Daoist Doctrine. Sexual relationship in ancient China is suited to marital system of polygamy. Therefore, in ancient time, the sex act generally belongs to health one.更多还原
