浅谈体操教学中的讲解示范

【摘要】 体操教学是有目的、有计划的教学过程。讲解示范是体育教学中常用的教学手段 ,是教师传递信息 ,使学生接受信息的教与学的双边活动 ,在体操教学中尤为重要。

【Abstract】 In a well-planned course in gymnastics, the demonstration in the teaching process is an important means of conveying teaching information.
