【Abstract】 248 patients with esophageal carcinoma were trcatel wirh esophagectomy and cervical esophagogasrric anastomosis from October, 1983 to October, 1993.During the ten years the operation was constantly improved, and the operative complications were effectively prevented. The prectice displayed that this operation way achieved very good results and it could remarkbly reduce operative complications.更多还原
