体内药物分析中的样品预处理技术

【摘要】 综述了国外近 5年来体内药物分析中样品预处理技术的最新应用进展 ,包括固相微萃取技术和超临界流体萃取技术 ,以及这两种技术与现代分析仪器的联用 ,并展望了这些新技术的应用前景。

【Abstract】 The recent applications of sample preparation techniques in drug analysis in vivo, including solid phase micro extraction, supercritical fluid extraction and these two approachs coupled with other analytical techniques,were reviewed. The future development of these approachs was also predicted.
