【摘要】 目的　比较不同浓度的平阳霉素翼状胬肉体部注射预防术后复发的效果。方法　胬肉进入角膜内 2mm以上进展期或虽为静止期但胬肉已近瞳孔缘的患者 5 4例 ( 62眼 ) ,于术前分别采用平阳霉素 8mg地塞米松 5mg加生理盐水 1ml稀释的“平地复合液”自胬肉颈部向体部注射 1次 (第 1组 ) ;或加入生理盐水 2ml注射 1次 (第 2组 ) ,或注射 2次 (第 3组 )。注射后 10天进行胬肉切除结膜瓣转位及巩膜暴露术。观察角膜反应、并发症和复发率。结果　第 1组注射后的角膜反应明显较其他两组严重 ,第 2组的复发率 ( 15 % )较高。结论　注射 2次稀释 2ml的“平地复合液”是反应最轻且无复发的安全、有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of the different concentration of Pingyangmycin on the recurrent rate of pterygium.Methods 62 eyes of 54 patients were injected with the mixture of 5mg dexamethason and 8mg Pingyangmycin and normal saline(NS) of different doses in the pterygium before they were excised with conjunctival autografting and sclera exposure.The conflications and recurrent rates were followed up.All the patients were divided into 3 groups.Group 1:the mixture (5mg DXM and 8mg Pingyangmycinum)was diluted by 1ml NS and injected once;group 2:the mixture was diluted by 2 ml NS and injected once;group 3:the mixture was diluted by 2 ml NS and injected two times.Results There is no significant difference in recurrent rates in the three groups with χ 2 examination.The complication in group 1 was more severe than the others.Although there′s no significant different in recurrent rate with in group 2 and group 3 with χ 2 examination,the recurrent rate in group 3 was less than the group 2,the reason may be that we had not enough cases to be observed.Conclusion To reduce the recurrente rate of pterytgium,its the safe and effective methord injecting in the pterygium with two times before excising with conjunctival autografting and sclera exposure.更多还原
