【摘要】 目的　探讨外伤性视神经病变的诊断及治疗效果。方法　将 10 8例外伤性视神经病变患者早期应用冲击量皮质类固醇、血管扩张剂、维生素及神经营养药物治疗结果进行总结分析。结果　外伤性视神经病变应用此方法治疗 ,视力有明显恢复 ,效果肯定。结论　大剂量皮质类固醇和血管扩张剂等治疗外伤性视神经病变有明显效果 ,VEP可作为诊断依据及跟踪用药指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the diagnostic methods and effect of treatment for traumatic optic neuropathy.Methods Administration of sufficient dose of corticosteroids,vasodilators vitamines and neurotrophic agents in 108 cases of traumatic optic neuropathy in their early stage,and analysis of its effect were made.Results To treat traumatic optic neuropathy using this method,the effect was better than others.Conclusions Sufficient dose of conticosteroids and vasodilators were effective for traumatic optic neuropathy,VEP could be a diagnostic clue for traumatic optic neuropathy and pursuit administration index.更多还原
